Dear #Forename

Your Diary is about to be be posted and should shortly be delivered to you via Royal Mail or your local postal service.

We send the diaries in blocks, as we have so many to be sent, and it takes us a few weeks to envelope and stamp them.

It may take a few days to arrive if you are in the United Kingdom, If you are further afield in the European Union or overseas it may take a week or so, so please be patient.

Your continuing membership allows us to work on your behalf; ‘Improving Software for Society’.

We do this by working with universities, businesses, Government, NGOs and other interested bodies to ensure tomorrow’s software developers get the start they need and that the software being produced is trustworthy.

Examples of this include our work with our Academic Partners and the IAP Prizes for software projects by students. Our ongoing commitment to the Trustworthy Software Foundation and our work with the Government and others on Cyber Security and AI.

If you would like to be more involved with the Institution and its goals, or have ideas on what you would like to see the Institution be involved with, please contact us.

Please could you keep the Institution informed of any personal changes i.e. your address, email address or telephone to ensure we have the correct contact details for you.

Finally the Trustees, Mangement Team and the Staff of the Institution would like to wish you seasons greetings and best wishes for the forthcoming year.

Yours sincerely,
